Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta (Facebook) requirements and the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Albania

ATHS SHPK respects users' right to privacy and ensures the possibility for the complete deletion of any personal data collected through the application ChatBot - ATHS. This policy complies with Law No. 9887, dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data,” as amended, and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data That Can Be Deleted

Includes, but is not limited to:

• Name, surname, or Facebook profile identifier;
• Email address used with the application;
• Messages, requests, or conversations sent through the ChatBot;
• Technical information related to app usage.

ATHS SHPK does not collect or process any sensitive personal data.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data through one of the following methods:

a) By Email

Send a message with the subject line “Data Deletion Request – ChatBot ATHS” to: [email protected]

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name (as it appears on Facebook);
• Your Facebook ID (if available);
• A short statement confirming your request to delete personal data.

3. Processing Time and Confirmation

Once your identity is verified, all personal data will be deleted within 30 working days. You will receive a written confirmation once the deletion process has been completed.

4. Exceptions

Certain data may be temporarily retained only when:

• Required by law or regulatory authorities;
• Necessary for internal audit or accounting purposes;
• Stored in anonymized form for statistical analysis, without personal identification.
